We learn the role, source and screen candidates, and present a shortlist. You interview and choose who joins your team.

Set up
Our onboarding team sets up your new hire and documents your processes so they can start on your work, in your systems.
Step 3
Co-manage
You direct the day-to-day work. Your account manager stays close to you and your team member to keep things on track.

Who manages my team member day to day?
You do. Your team follows your culture, processes and priorities. 88STAFF handles recruitment, set-up, co-management and all the support your team needs to function successfully.
Is 88STAFF a BPO?
88STAFF is a Philippine outsourcing company. A traditional BPO runs the work for you. We build an offshore team of dedicated remote workers who report to you and follow your processes.
Where are your staff based?
Our office is in Cebu City, Philippines, for onsite and hybrid roles. We hire anywhere in the country for remote roles.
Can my team work US or Australian hours?
Yes. The team works US overlap hours or full US hours.
What happens if a hire isn’t the right fit?
We offer a free replacement for any hire who leaves or does not meet your expectations within the first 6 months.
